Job description for Sales Coordinator: (Experience Minimum 2 years) - Salary: 25K - Immediate Joining
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with customers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.
Follow up with logistics, operations, and finance departments for timely order execution.
Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and inform clients of any changes or delays.
Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide after-sales support when required.
Prepare sales performance reports and assist in analyzing market trends.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in acquiring new ones.
Coordinate with management for promotional activities, client meetings, and exhibitions
