Job Description:

Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive/Marketing Executive will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales
growth for the company’s pharmaceutical products. This role involves market research for
new and currents products, identification of potential products, client acquisition and
collaboration with internal teams to meet revenue and expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities:
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
 Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activities, and potential
growth segments.
 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients, suppliers and other
stake holders.
 Overall responsible for sustenance and growth of the company’s sales.
 Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with
client requirements.
 Participate in pharmaceutical exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to
promote company products.
 Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communications in the CRM
system.
 Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential
product opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in business, management, pharmaceutical, engineering or
a related field. 

 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the
pharmaceutical industry.
 Pharmaceutical API/Intermediate sales or marketing experience is required.
 Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical bulk drugs and intermediates, market dynamics,
and distribution channels.

 Experience in anti-ulcerent products like pantoprazole is highly preferred.
 Aggressive and goal-driven approach to business growth
 Dynamic problem solver with quick decision-making ability
