Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to handle core HR operations including recruitment, policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement. The role involves ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning, prepare job postings, screen profiles, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Policy Documentation: Draft and implement HR policies covering attendance, leave, performance management, and workplace behaviour.
• Compliance & Statutory Work: Maintain compliance with PF, ESI, maternity benefits, gratuity, and labour laws; manage related documentation.
• Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Organize engagement activities, conduct feedback sessions, and resolve basic grievances to build a healthy workplace culture.
• Record Keeping & Attendance: Maintain employee files, attendance data, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
• Knowledge of labour laws and HRMS/HR software
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
