- Handling of hazardous Chemicals.
- Knowledge on process safety analysis and interpretation.
- Design of Experiments and Use of statistical Technic.
- Problem Solving and data analysis skill.
- Literature Review & Scientific report writing.
- Team work and collaboration.
- Presentation and communication skill.
- Hands on experience on multistep synthesis.
- Learning new technology.
- Conducting Lab Experiments for process /product development.
- Maintaining Glass wares, establishing proper set ups for reactions. Safe handling-of Glassware.
- Analytical method development.
- Maintain R&D instruments Equipment’s.
- Doing Analysis of /IM/FG by wet lab and sophisticated instruments.
- Calibration of KF / pH meter / UV etc, prepare and maintaining Lab records.
