Position:           Sr. Executive - R&D

Experience:      4 - 5 years

Responsibilities:        

• Lead development of new masterbatch formulations (color, additive, functional).
• Conduct polymer testing, analysis, and material characterization.
• Optimize existing products for performance, cost, and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and sales teams for scale-up and customer trials.
• Evaluate raw materials, conduct lab trials, and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot processing or application issues and provide technical support.
• Monitor market trends, new technologies, and competitive products.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
