Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Executive with 4–6 years of hands-on
experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, increase website
traffic, and drive business growth. You will work closely with content creators, web
developers, and the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all
digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development
➢ Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business
objectives.
➢ Tailor strategies for different products, services, or client verticals.
➢ Align SEO goals with broader digital marketing and business KPIs.
• Keyword Research & Analysis
➢ Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google
Keyword Planner.
➢ Identify primary, secondary, and long-tail keywords for target pages.
➢ Analyze keyword trends and competitor targeting to refine focus areas.
• On-Page SEO Optimization
➢ Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and alt tags.
➢ Improve internal linking structure and content hierarchy.
➢ Implement schema markup and rich snippets for enhanced SERP visibility.

• Technical SEO Auditing
➢ Conduct full technical audits using tools like SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or
Google Search Console.
➢ Resolve indexing, crawl errors, and broken links.
➢ Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals.
• Content Collaboration & Optimization
➢ Work closely with content writers to create SEO-optimized content.
➢ Perform content gap analysis and update outdated content for relevance and
freshness.
➢ Provide SEO guidelines and briefs to ensure keyword integration and structure.
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building
➢ Execute white-hat link building strategies including outreach, guest posting, and
digital PR.
➢ Monitor backlink profiles and remove toxic links.
➢ Track domain authority and citation metricsfor continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
➢ Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to track KPIs.
➢ Provide regular performance reports with insights on traffic, rankings, and
conversions.
➢ Recommend action items based on data analysis and algorithm updates.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
➢ Coordinate with web developers for technical fixes and website enhancements.
➢ Align SEO efforts with content marketing, PPC, and social media teams.
➢ Assist in website migration, redesigns, and CMS transitions with SEO best practices.
• Trend Monitoring & Adaptation
➢ Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and new tools.
➢ Adapt strategies proactively to maintain or improve rankings.
➢ Participate in relevant webinars, forums, and SEO communities.
• Mentoring & Leadership (if applicable)
➢ Support training and development of junior SEO team members.
➢ Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback.
➢ Share knowledge and promote a culture of SEO excellence.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven SEO experience with a strong portfolio of results.
• Proficiency in SEOtools(e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics,
Search Console).
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.

• Google Analytics / Google Ads certifications.
• Knowledge of international SEO or multilingual site optimization.
