🕒 Experience Required: 4-7years (Highway / Civil Infrastructure)
🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate with billing experience
📝 Position Type: Off-Roll

Work Time -9.00am to 6.00pm
Work Days - Monday to Friday
Week Off - Saturday and Sunday

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Commercial Department. The role focuses on subcontractor billing, vendor coordination, SAP tasks, and payment follow-ups across multiple infrastructure projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Subcontractor Billing
Verify and review subcontractor bills with Work Orders and previous months.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve billing errors or missing data.
Obtain corrected invoices wherever necessary.
Payment Coordination
Process payments and reconcile accounts.
Follow up on pending payments with the Accounts team.
Ensure timely payments as per Work Order terms.
SAP Activities
Create invoices and manage entries in SAP accurately.
Collect and update subcontractor details for SAP vendor registration.
Documentation & Records Managemen
Maintain all subcontractor-related correspondence.
Monitor Bank Guarantee submissions and GRN entries.
Ensure billing documents are properly recorded with site teams.
Vendor Management
Maintain updated vendor information (services, qualifications, timelines, etc.).
Other Responsibilities
Support any additional tasks related to billing, payments, and vendor documentation.
