Job Description:

Position:        R&D Operator

Location:       Vapi

Experience:    2 - 3 Years

Industries:     Pharma

Responsibilities:        

• Assist in lab-scale and pilot-scale experiments for API synthesis
• Handle glassware, reactors, and filtration equipment as per R&D requirements.
• Accurately weigh and charge raw materials as per batch manufacturing record (BMR).
• Maintain proper records of experiments, observations, and results in lab notebooks.
• Support process development and scale-up activities under supervision of R&D chemists.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and working area.
• Handle solvents, reagents, and chemicals safely as per MSDS guidelines.
• Coordinate with analytical and production teams for sample submissions and trials.
• Assist in technology transfer to the production plant whenever required.

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills

• Good in communication

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry        

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
