Job Description:

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and confident In-House Sales Executive with a strong sales background. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a positive personality. This role involves daily telecalling and client coordination, without any sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make around 30 outbound/inbound tele-calls per day to prospective clients.

  • Explain products/services effectively and convert enquiries into leads.

  • Maintain and update customer records in MS Office/Excel.

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships through follow-ups.

  • Work closely with the internal sales team to support business growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales/telecalling.

  • Education: MBA preferred (optional).

  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Good personality and confident attitude.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
