Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Brand Marketing & Communications who will take full ownership of building, shaping, and elevating the PropertyPistol brand. This role demands a strategic thinker, a hands-on executor, and a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will lead the digital presence, brand positioning, corporate communications, marketing strategy, and storytelling across all company verticals, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable impact. This position requires someone who is dependable, deadline-driven, and has a strong "get-things-done" attitude!
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Build, strengthen, and evolve the PropertyPistol master brand and its sub-brands across regions and verticals.
- Develop and execute 360° brand campaigns that reflect the company’s mission, values, and market leadership.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: digital, offline, communication, and internal branding.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership
- Own and manage all digital channels end-to-end (social media, website, CRM communications, email, videos, blogs, landing pages, etc.).
- Lead social media strategy, content calendars, storytelling, and growth.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact digital campaigns for awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee website optimization, UI/UX improvements, and content refreshes.
3. Creative Direction & Content Strategy
- Work closely with in-house graphics, video, and content teams to deliver high-quality creative output.
- Develop long-form and short-form content strategies for campaigns, brand communication, leadership visibility, and product launches.
- Guide the creation of engaging, modern visual and written content that resonates with diverse audiences.
4. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, business heads, HR, product teams, developers, and partner agencies.
- Translate business objectives into cohesive marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage expectations, align deliverables, and ensure timely execution across departments.
5. Marketing for Business Verticals
- • Build customized branding and marketing strategies for various revenue-generating verticals within the company.
- • Work closely with internal teams to enable GTM launches and market penetration strategies. 6. Corporate Communications & PR
- • Develop internal and external communication, from press releases to leadership content to investor-level communication materials.
- • Enhance PropertyPistol’s industry positioning through PR, media relations, awards, and events.
7. Customer Experience & Journey
- • Identify, build, and optimize customer journey touchpoints for higher engagement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- • Collaborate with CX teams to maintain strong feedback loops and implement improvements.
8. Performance, ORM & Analytics
- • Lead Online Reputation Management (ORM) across platforms, Google Reviews, social media, forums, etc.
- • Analyze digital campaign performance, brand health metrics, and communication impact.
- • Create weekly dashboards, reports and insights for leadership, ensuring data-driven decisions.
9. Leadership, Execution & Ownership
- Manage a team of designers, content creators, and vendors/agencies.
- Set clear goals, ensure timely execution, and maintain high creative standards.
- Bring fresh ideas, new formats, and innovative concepts to continuously elevate the brand. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Advertising, or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing, or integrated communications.
- Experience in PropTech, real estate, consumer tech, agency-side branding, or a high-growth startup is a strong plus
- Strong command of content, design thinking, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, manage, and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
