Job Description:
Job Designation: Senior Financial Analyst (3- 5 Years’ experience)
Job Description: This role is part of the US Accounting division, primarily responsible for
maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts,
and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal controls. This role
involves collaboration with management to support monthly closing activities, financial
reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical
skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare journal entries including prepaids, inventory, on-call revenue, and
expense accruals.
- Perform income statement flux analysis as part of the month-end closing
process.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts such as receivables, accrued accounts
payable, and other liabilities.
- Reconcile bank statements and follow up on reconciling items.
- Raise and track invoices related to shared costs and revenue centers; manage
follow-ups where required.
- Assist in financial analysis, answering accounting-related queries through
data interpretation.
- Work closely with management to ensure consolidation requirements meet
statutory accounting principles.
- Support internal control documentation, monitoring, and review.
- Provide necessary information and support during annual financial audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and
accuracy.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and participate in special projects as
assigned.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Create, improve, and document general processes for accounting transactions
and functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee the entire 1099 process from drafting, reviewing, and processing to
ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely filing, with a strong attention to
detail
- Provide support for our audit and tax requests
- Complete special requests and ad-hoc projects, as needed
Must also have the following demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- US GAAP & IFRS preferred. Public accounting experience a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft computer skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
etc.).
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify
discrepancies, perform independent research, and recommend corrective
actions.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Collaborative style with clear and precise communication on technical and
operational issues, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable interacting and collaborating with stakeholders across all levels
of the business.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, driven, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Desire to achieve excellent outcomes and exceed expectations in a fast-paced,

Software knowledge: NetSuite is preferable. Else expertise with SAP, MS Dynamics,
Oracle will also do.

- Good communication - Written & spoken English is MUST!
- Working exposure to MS Office especially MS Excel is MUST!
Job Timings: 3:30 pm IST to 12:30 am IST (Monday to Friday)
Background checks: Post selection, background checks by HR agency are MUST prior to hiring.
Should include two reference checks at least from past employments.
Salary Retention Clause: One month Salary will be retained over First 3 months of service in equal
instalments, and refundable only after successful completion of 2 Years with our firm. Firm has a Loyalty
Bonus policy in place for payment of One month salary annually/additionally once an employee has completed
Three (3) years of service with the Firm. This Salary retention clause & loyalty bonus policy can be
explained by us to Candidate during job interview itself.
