Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

 Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates with a positive attitude.

 Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.

 Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols.

 Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are neat and ready.

Administrative Support

 Manage daily office operations, stationery, pantry items, and inventory.

 Assist HR and other departments with documentation and basic admin tasks.

 Help in organizing office events, meetings, and celebrations.

Documentation & Coordination

 Handle courier, parcel management, and vendor coordination.

 Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.

 Support in onboarding activities (forms collection, ID cards, basic orientation).

 Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.

Other Duties

 Ensure reception and office areas are clean and presentable.

 Prepare basic reports (attendance, stock, petty cash, etc.).

 Assist management in any additional administrative tasks.
