Job Description:

Role Summary:
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and scaling the company's business across multiple online platforms, including Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, and Zepto. The role involves P&L ownership, listing optimisation, inventory management, campaign execution, and strong relationship building with platform teams to ensure 100% availability and optimal sales performance across all SKUs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management & P&L Ownership
Achieve revenue targets across all e-commerce platforms.
Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
Analyse margins, fulfilment, ad costs, and profitability.
Prepare weekly P&L and detailed deep-dive reports.
2. Listing Management & Content Optimisation
Create, update, and optimise product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Write SEO-optimised titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
Coordinate with creative agencies for images, A+ content, banners, videos, and creatives.
Ensure listings adhere to brand tone, grammar, and accuracy standards.
3. Ads & Performance Marketing (Platform-led)
Set up, monitor, and optimise ads across Amazon PPC, Social Media, Instamart, Blinkit, and Big Basket.
Collaborate with agencies on creative ads and banners.
Conduct performance tests and maintain keyword sheets and bidding strategies.
Track ROAS, ACOS, CPA and prepare weekly advertising reports.
4. Inventory, Forecasting & Fill Rate Management
Monitor stock availability across fulfilment centres, dark stores, and warehouses.
Coordinate with Finance, Production, and Warehouse for timely replenishment.
Reduce out-of-stock instances and maintain a 95–100% fill rate.
Provide daily stock updates and consumption forecasts.
Collaborate with platform managers for purchase order planning.
5. Operations & Coordination
Ensure 100% compliance with dispatch timelines.
Coordinate with warehouse teams on pick lists, dispatch documentation, packaging, labels, and barcodes.
Track ASN, GRN, and shipment issues.
Ensure error-free order fulfilment and returns handling.
6. Platform Relationships & Growth
Maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and buyers.
Negotiate visibility slots, deals, promotions, and placement opportunities.
Monitor competition, pricing, and new launches.
Identify new marketplaces and expansion opportunities.
7. New Product Launches (E-commerce)
Coordinate with NPD, QA, warehouse, and creative teams for product launches.
Prepare launch plans including listings, pricing, creatives, keywords, ads, and inventory alignment.
8. Reviews, Ratings & Consumer Insights
Monitor product reviews, ratings, feedback, and customer sentiment.
Respond promptly to customer queries and escalations.
Extract insights for product improvement and new product development.
Track competitor reviews and identify market gaps.
9. Website (D2C) Management
Coordinate website updates, banners, and new listings with developer teams.
Track website traffic, conversions, ROAS, and abandoned carts.
Manage CRM activities, customer retention campaigns, and loyalty programs.

Experience Required:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Blinkit Partner Hub, Instamart Dashboard, Flipkart, Big Basket, JioMart, Zepto, etc.
Experience in FMCG, grocery, snacks, or food category preferred.
Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, fulfilment centre operations, fill rates, and purchase orders.

Skills Required:

Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Expertise in Amazon PPC, Blinkit Ads, Instamart Ads, Big Basket Ads, Flipkart Ads, and platform algorithms.
Proficient in keyword research using tools like Amazon Pi, Helium 10, and DataDive.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with an urgency mindset and effective follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms, SKUs, and deadlines.
