Job Description:

Position:          Store Executive

Location:         Silvassa

Experience:      3 - 5 Years

Industries:       Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Material Documentation & Entries

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) on a daily basis.
• Post Material Requisition Slips (MRS) accurately and timely in the system.
• Bill Submission & Coordination
• Submit bills to the Accounts Department on a daily basis.
• Handle submission of Repair & Maintenance and Job Work bills after obtaining necessary approvals and signatures from respective departmental HODs.
• Stock & Material Support
• Assist in managing packing material stock whenever required.
• Support in raw material issue, container unloading, and other related activities in the absence of the concerned personnel (e.g., Jeevan ji).
• Team Coordination
• Work collaboratively with other store team members, ensuring smooth operation and division of responsibilities.
• Maintain proper documentation and coordination for all store-related transactions.
• Compliance & Record Maintenance
• Ensure all material records are updated and maintained properly.
• Follow company SOPs and audit requirements related to store management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of store operations and documentation
• Familiarity with GRN, MRS, and bill processing
• Coordination and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (ERP / MS Excel)
• Ability to multitask and work in a team

Required Qualification: - Any graduation 

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
