Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing communication, and supporting the overall marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and campaign alignment.

Handle marketing content, including brochures, social media posts, presentations, and emails.

Maintain customer databases and support lead generation activities.

Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies for marketing material development.

Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and campaign results.

Organize events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required.

Manage and update company social media platforms.

Support market research activities and competitor analysis.

Assist in documentation, MIS reporting, and daily follow-ups with internal teams.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of basic marketing concepts and digital marketing tools.

Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.

Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
