We are a growing healthcare and wellbeing products company focused on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager who can independently manage and scale our online presence, especially on Amazon & Google.
 
A Google and Amazon Ads job description typically involves managing paid advertising campaigns on both platforms, requiring skills in campaign creation, performance analysis, and optimization to drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like return on ad spend (ROAS). Key responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, A/B testing, performance reporting, and staying up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends. 
 
Core responsibilities
  • Campaign management: Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on both Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
  • Keyword research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and improve campaign targeting.
  • Ad optimization: Write compelling ad copy, test different ad variations, and optimize campaigns for key metrics such as ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Performance analysis: Analyze campaign data using platform analytics and other tools to identify trends, extract insights, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Reporting: Create and present regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations, to stakeholders.
  • Budget management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI.
  • Market and trend research: Stay informed about the latest features, best practices, and changes on both Google and Amazon advertising platforms. 
 
Required skills and experience
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Amazon Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with tools for campaign management and analysis, with some roles specifying tools like Helium10 or Pacvue.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to optimization.
  • Experience with e-commerce or online advertising is often a plus.
