Job Description:

Role Summary
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for designing and driving Consolidated’s
hiring strategy to ensure the organization attracts, sources, and hires the best talent in line
with its growth ambitions. This leader will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes,
employer branding initiatives, and workforce planning, while building a robust talent pipeline
across all business verticals.


Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy: Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy to support business
expansion and workforce needs.
Sourcing & Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from workforce planning
and sourcing to selection and onboarding.

 

Executive Hiring: Source candidates for senior corporate positions through personal
networks, industry connects, and targeted headhunting to ensure access to top-tier leadership
talent.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current
and future organizational needs, ensuring readiness for critical roles.
Employer Branding: Strengthen Consolidated’s employer value proposition through
online/offline branding, campus engagement, and industry visibility.
Partnerships: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, and
HR technology vendors.
Process Excellence: Establish and enforce recruitment SOPs to ensure consistency and
efficiency across all business units.
Technology & AI in Recruitment: Leverage AI tools, digital platforms, and recruitment
technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and selection, driving speed, efficiency, and
better hiring outcomes.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates
throughout the hiring journey.
Workforce Forecasting: Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate future talent needs
and plan proactively. Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget

Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-
hire, and source effectiveness, and present insights to leadership.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to build organizational
capability and scalability.
Diversity Hiring: Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse talent pipelines.

Key Performance Indicators
• Time-to-fill and cost-per-hire for key roles
• Quality of hire and new-hire performance metrics
• Candidate satisfaction scores
• Employer branding effectiveness (applications per role, social reach)
• Offer-to-join conversion ratio
• Diversity representation in hiring outcomes

 

Qualifications
• MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
• 10-12 years of progressive recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a senior
talent acquisition leadership role
• Strong track record in managing large-scale hiring across multiple business verticals.
Retail industry experience will be preferred.
• Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, employer branding, and campus hiring
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and
analytics
• Proven experience in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social
networks, professional platforms, and digital databases) to identify and engage top
talent.
• Exposure to high-growth, multi-location organizations preferred

• Strong people-management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-
performing recruitment teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster long-term partnerships
with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates.
