Job Description:

Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing function
across all business verticals – Retail Stores, Apple Authorised Service Centres, B2B
Enterprise, and Education. The role is central to shaping brand perception, enhancing
customer engagement, driving footfalls, generating quality leads, and ensuring a consistent
and premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will
blend strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution and have a strong
understanding of the Apple brand ethos, premium retail marketing, and digital-first
engagement models.


Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management & Communication
• Build and strengthen brand salience and affinity among B2C and B2B customers
aligned to Apple’s global marketing standards.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital assets, and
customer touchpoints.
• Manage brand partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and local activations with
Apple and other ecosystem partners.
2. Retail Marketing
• Design and execute in-store marketing campaigns to drive footfalls, conversion, and
repeat purchase.
• Lead cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, and
Accessories categories.
• Develop localised store marketing programs that reflect Apple’s brand values while
addressing regional nuances.
• Use customer data to identify cohorts and run targeted CRM campaigns for
retention and loyalty.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
• Own and drive the digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Lead performance campaigns for awareness, traffic generation, and lead conversion.

• Build the brand’s social media presence, driving engagement and storytelling
consistent with Apple’s tone of voice.
• Drive SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to maximise visibility
and ROI.
4. B2B & Education Marketing
• Develop marketing programs to generate and nurture leads for Enterprise and
Education verticals.
• Support the B2B sales team with account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, pitch
collaterals, and events.
• Build brand preference among institutions, corporates, and educators through
targeted campaigns and thought leadership content.
5. Service Centre Marketing
• Enhance customer retention and repeat service visits through CRM-driven
campaigns.
• Build visibility for the service brand and promote after-sales care as part of the
overall Apple ecosystem experience.

6. CRM, Data & AI / Analytics
• Lead CRM & database marketing: customer segmentation, lifecycle flows, loyalty,
cross sell / retention campaigns.
• Build and maintain a unified Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrating CASA, POS,
service, e-com, & B2B.
• Deploy AI / ML models for predictive lead scoring, propensity modeling, personaliza
tion, and automation (e.g. generative content, ad optimization).
• Monitor marketing performance with dashboards, attribution models, ROI analysis
and continuously optimize spend.
7. Analytics & Insights
• Establish KPIs for all marketing campaigns and measure ROI across channels.
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to inform marketing strategy and
decision-making.
• Build dashboards and track performance metrics for footfalls, leads, conversions,
and customer engagement.
8. Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals across creative, digital,
and retail marketing domains.

• Collaborate with sales, retail operations, and Apple’s regional marketing teams for
alignment and synergy.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and drive optimal cost-to-return ratios.


Key Skills & Competencies
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
• Deep understanding of premium/luxury retail marketing and Apple brand
guidelines.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, CRM, automation
platforms).
• Strong communication, creative storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Passion for technology and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in
premium consumer retail, electronics, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing (retail + digital + B2B).
• Exposure to Apple ecosystem or premium brand environment preferred.
