Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Management

• Create and upload product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc.

• Update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and attributes according to platform guidelines.

• Ensure accuracy of product data including pricing, discounts, stock levels, and product specifications.

Content Optimization

• Optimize listings for better search visibility (SEO) and conversion.

• Perform keyword research and add relevant keywords to titles and descriptions.

• Coordinate with design team for product images, infographics, and A+ content.

Inventory & Order Coordination

• Monitor stock levels and ensure listings are live and updated.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch and product availability.

Performance Tracking

• Track listing performance metrics (traffic, sales, keyword ranking, buy box performance, etc.).

• Identify underperforming SKUs and implement improvement strategies.

Marketplace Compliance

• Ensure product listings follow marketplace policies.

• Resolve listing errors, suppressions, and policy violations.

Customer Support Coordination

• Assist in handling customer queries, returns, and feedback related to listings.

• Coordinate with the customer support team to address listing-related concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably marketing, business, or related domain).

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

• Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword tools is a plus.

• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
