Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development professional to manage export-related sales activities, handle inbound client inquiries, and drive conversion through effective inside sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to international client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Drive the complete inside sales cycle—from lead qualification to closure.
- Maintain and update sales data, pipelines, and interactions in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture relationships with global prospects and existing clients.
- Generate regular sales reports and insights for management review.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales (Export preferred).
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to manage sales funnels, prioritise inquiries, and close deals efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
