Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Project Incharge will be responsible for end-to-end supervision, execution, and delivery of building structure works for Way Side Amenities projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with contractors & consultants, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion as per approved designs and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Supervision

Lead the execution of civil and structural works for building components of WSA projects.

Review and interpret architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and service drawings.

Ensure construction activities are completed as per approved GFC drawings and specifications.

Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
2. Coordination & Vendor Management

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Conduct site meetings to resolve technical or execution-related issues.

Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work quantities.
3. Quality Control & Safety
-
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards for concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, and services.

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at site.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory norms.
4. Planning & Documentation
-
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Track material consumption and raise requisitions as required.

Ensure proper documentation of site records, inspection reports, DPRs, and quality logs.
5. Liaison & Compliance

Liaison with local authorities (if required) for permissions and inspections.

Ensure project compliance with company standards, environmental norms, and regulatory guidelines.
6. Finishing & Handover

Oversee finishing works such as flooring, painting, façade, MEP services, plumbing & sanitary fittings.

Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities.

Ensure smooth handover of completed WSA facility.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of building construction, structural works, and finishing activities.

Experience in WSA / commercial buildings / highway amenities / hospitality structures preferred.

Good understanding of MEP coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple vendors and manage a fast-paced project environment.
Qualification:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
-
Additional certification in construction management is an added advantage.
