Job Description:
🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound/outbound calls, provide product/service information, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.

Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers.

Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.

Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and follow-ups.
🔹 Required Skills:

Good communication skills).

Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM software.

Confidence, patience, and polite communication.

Ability to persuade and handle customer objections.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
🔹 Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream.

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Candidates with 0–6 months of telecalling experience preferred.
