Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for payroll-related and HR support roles as required.
• Support current and future business needs by ensuring accurate payroll processes that strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and overall HR effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures related to payroll, attendance, and employee data management across the organization.
• Handle factory payroll software to accurately maintain attendance, overtime, leave, and salary records.
• Identify training needs related to payroll systems, statutory compliance, and HR operations; develop training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, payroll-related regulations, and contractor compliance within the factory environment.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing payroll-related queries, demands, grievances, and fostering a positive working atmosphere.
• Manage and support third-party audits such as ISO, SEDEX, etc., ensuring all payroll and HR documentation meets compliance and audit standards.

Required Qualification: - MBA - HR
