Position:          Asst. Manager - Quality (GET)

Location:         Silvassa

Responsibilities:

• Able to manage Quality Lab & Quality Team independently.

• Able to manage quality department work as per defined quality plan.
• Detailed knowledge of material testing specifically Physical Testing, Thermal Testing & mechanical testing.
• Hand-on experience on UTM machine.
• Able to manage Documentation as per ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 (Candidate with Internal Auditor Certification of IMS is preferable).
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly report preparation and presentation.
• Able to manage instrument calibration process and updating as per requirement.
• Internal/Supplier/Customer complaint handling and 8D report/NC Report preparation and submission.
• Management of Internal Audit, External Audit & Customer Visit.
• Follow-up with REACH & RoHS requirement and updating whenever required.
• Hands on experience on 7QC tools, RCA, 5-Why analysis etc.
• Hands on experience of managing, preparation & updating of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 5S & Kaizen.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English;
• Net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry       

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
