This role requires a blend of analytical mindset, creativity, and operational execution. You will:
1. Own and manage Contlo – create, optimize, and innovate email, WhatsApp, and retention campaigns.
2. Run and analyze Amazon Ads to maximize reach and sales.
3. Monitor and coordinate with the Meta Ads agency, ensuring accurate tracking and ROAS improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Contlo CRM, Email & WhatsApp Marketing
• Plan, build, and optimize drip campaigns, abandoned-cart series, reactivation, and festive-sale flows.
• Deploy and test growth tools like Spin-the-Wheel, sign-up forms, coupon automations, and pop-ups.
• Set up segmented campaigns for first-time buyers, repeat customers, inactive users, and high-value segments.
• Continuously A/B test templates, subject lines, and offers to maximize CTR and conversions.
• Analyze and report campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, CVR, Repeat Purchase Rate).
• Experiment with new Contlo features and drive measurable sales growth through retention-led strategies. Amazon Advertising & Marketplace Optimization
• Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and ACoS tracking.
• Analyze ASIN-level performance, competitor trends, and ranking movements.
• Collaborate with creative team for A+ content, listing optimization, and ad visuals.
• Prepare weekly dashboards tracking Amazon ROAS, conversions, and organic visibility. Meta Ads Supervision & Coordination
• Coordinate with the external Meta Ads agency for campaign planning and troubleshooting.
• Keep track of daily spend, ROAS, and conversion trends.
• Collaborate on technical tracking issues related to Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4 events.
• Compile and share weekly cross-channel performance insights.
• Ensure synergy between paid Meta campaigns and Contlo remarketing flows.
Analytics & Reporting
• Maintain integrated dashboards (Google Sheets / Looker Studio) for:
• Contlo campaign performance (flows, drips, conversions)
• Amazon Ads (ACoS, CPC, ROAS)
• Meta Ads (spend, conversions, ROAS)
• Generate actionable weekly reports with recommendations for scaling or optimization. Collaboration & Growth Experiments
• Work with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives and templates.
• Propose and implement growth experiments such as loyalty triggers, limited-time offers, or customer-
segmentation improvements.
• Stay updated with Contlo releases, Amazon Ads tools, and Meta attribution changes. Who You Are
• A data-oriented digital marketer with strong logical and analytical skills.
• Excited about retention, automation, and marketplace optimization.
• Confident managing tools like Contlo, Amazon Ads Console, and Meta reporting.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable owning multi-channel outcomes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads, Contlo / CRM automation and Amazon Ads.
• Understanding of Shopify, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for performance tracking.
• Strong written and communication skills.
