Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in bridging technical solutions with customer needs. This role involves generating sales, providing technical support, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales and post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical clarifications.

• Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Visit client sites as needed for meetings, discussions, and support.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand challenges and provide timely solutions.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

Required Qualifications

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering discipline).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.

Skills Required

• Strong sales aptitude with interest in technical products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems or industrial products will be an advantage.
