Job Description:

Position:      Vice President - Sales & Business Growth

Location:     New Delhi

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries:   Metal

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Leadership & Business Expansion
  • Drive annual revenue targets of ₹1000–₹1500 Cr+ through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire high-value clients across targeted geographies.
  • Expand product penetration in existing accounts through solution-oriented sales strategies.
  1. Strategic Planning & Market Penetration
  • Develop and execute multi-year business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy formulation.
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry segments, distributors, and global supply chains.
  1. Key Account Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships with major clients, OEMs, and international buyers.
  • Lead high-value negotiations of ₹50 Cr+ deals, long-term supply agreements, and annual contracts.
  • Ensure effective coordination among production, finance, logistics, and quality teams for seamless customer experience.
  1. Global Business Development
  • Drive export growth across Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
  • Represent the company in global trade fairs, conferences, and business delegations.
  • Develop strategic global partnerships to support long-term market expansion.
  1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales and business development team.
  • Implement KPIs, dashboards, and incentive structures to enhance productivity.
  • Mentor team members and build a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
  1. P&L Ownership & Commercial Excellence
  • Full P&L responsibility for the Sales & Business Growth vertical.
  • Optimize pricing, margins, credit terms, and risk assessment processes.
  • Maintain governance on collections, receivables, and commercial compliance.
