Job Description:
Position: Telecaller
Location: Vapi
Experience: Fresher
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product/service promotion.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information or resolve basic customer queries.
- Generate leads, explain company offerings, and convert inquiries into sales/appointments.
- Follow up on leads, pending responses, and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily call records, update customer details in CRM, and prepare calling reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure good customer service.
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle customers.
Required Qualification: - 12th Pass/Any Graduate
Salary :- Upto 2.16 LPA
