Job Description:

Responsible for Sales, Business development, Marketing, Key account management with thorough and deep Technical understanding of Ventilation systems in underground Mining and Tunneling industry. • Successfully managing Key Accounts like Mine Owners, Mining Contractors, EPC’s, Construction Companies, Metro & Tunnel Projects owners, & Technical Consultants. • Ownership of Technical Sales processes including Project award, Sales, Invoicing, follow-up, relationship management and other sales related administrative topics. • Developing strategic alliances & tie-ups with new business partners and markets, promoting the brand for stronger market penetration and achieving desired sales goals • Growing business in terms of market share in the products and processes related to our business. • Developing new Customers and business avenues with the upcoming models and offerings in our portfolio. • Customer relationship management with customer's senior management including operational partners to generate more business from existing clients and achieving profitability and increase in the sales growth • Resolving technical issues, providing appropriate solutions and after-sales services to customers quickly. • Gathering Market intelligence and leads related to Underground Mining, Metro, Tunneling, Hydro, Marine, Temporary and Permanent Ventilation in various infrastructure projects and explore further avenues for business opportunities and growth. • Planning and creating competitive sales strategies to increase market share for the achievement of sales, revenue & profitability targets. • Analysis and identification of Technical Specifications and coordinating with the client and internal team for timely submission of techno-commercial proposals. • Managing the finalization of technical & commercial parameters, specifications and scope related to project Bill of Material & detailed breakdown of project cost. • End-to-End Sales including Cost estimation, preparation of technical and commercial bids along-with deviations, negotiations and finalization of scope of work, GAD’s, project order finalization & receiving of LOI / PO to Handover to project execution team. • Attending pre-bid meeting meetings and participating in techno-commercial discussions with Mine Owners/Metro & Tunnel Project owners/Construction Companies/EPC’s/ Technical Consultants/OEMs and negotiating the order finalizations. Discipline: Technical Sales & BD Location: IMT Manesar, Gurgaon Position: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Mgr / Dy. Mgr / Manager Report To: Managing Director & CEO • Analysing and tracking the competitor positioning & activities and designing strategies to win the contracts. • Managing the end-to-end Bid preparation and submission process for tenders of Ventilation systems of Mines (including Main Mine Ventilation), Metro, Tunnelling, Marine and Hydro projects. • Coordinating within internal team, cross-functional teams in Europe for successful delivery of product. • Maintaining a track of market dynamics and list of potential projects on Yearly pipeline. • Maintaining and submitting to the Management various reports like MIS of bids submitted, orders won, lost analysis on a monthly basis including weekly CRM reports. Qualifications/Experiences and Skills & Competencies o B. Tech. degree (or equivalent) in Mining, Mechanical or related Engineering disciplines/field. o Minimum 5 years of experience for Sr. Engineer, 7-12 years for Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager, 12-20 years for Manager in Sales, Business development, Marketing, Key account management for Ventilation Systems in underground Mining, Metro, Tunneling, Hydro Power and Marine industry. o Must have very good knowhow of underground Mining, Metro, Tunneling, Hydro Power, and Marine projects and customers with thorough and deep Technical understanding o Candidates must have done direct selling to accounts and NOT channel sales o Must carry the experience of working in matrix organizations in large and cross-cultural teams o Strong customer management and interpersonal skills o Good presentation & analytical skills o Proven skills in leadership and supervision o Strong English language communication skills (both writing and speaking). o Strong in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) o Flexible attitude towards changing priorities. Desirable skills: o Experience of living or working in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon/ NCR, will be a plus.
