Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: • Team Lead for Installation/Erection, testing, commissioning of Ventilation Fans including Primary, Axial, Jet, Booster, Auxiliary fans in Underground Mines, Tunnels, Metro, Marine, Steel, Cement, thermal & other sectors. • Team Lead for Troubleshooting of issues related to Field Work for Ventilation Fans along with their full maintenance including overhauling, alignment and on-site balancing for Impellers, rotating equipment etc. • Responsible for execution of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with the clients. • Perform inspections and diagnostics to detect early signs of wear and tear, identify and resolve operational issues related to mechanical and control systems of the Ventilation fans. • Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and performance data and prepare technical reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies. • Preparation of project schedules, site execution plan/schedule, field service work, site supervision along with QAP as per project requirements. • Provide technical support to production team, resolving issues related to processes and equipment. • Responsible to ensure all testing activities in manufacturing plant as per approved QAP and client requirements. • Contribute to the development of new product concepts and enhancements in existing designs. • Liaison with the client (Engineers, Supervisors, Workers) off site and on-at site during project executions, preplanning of all equipment modules erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance • Foundation leveling, parts Erection and commissioning of all Ventilation Fan parts. • Keep the communication and coordination between different departments, Sub Contractors & Client. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical and control engineers, to ensure seamless operation of fans. • Mechanical components and their uses like bearings, Plummer block, Valves, Mechanical seals, Lubricants etc. • Machine parts & their functions, material properties and heat treatment. • Experience in supporting industrial construction project with Auto Cad. • Analyzing vendor drawings, detailing procedure & maintaining project documentation. • Meeting Clients, Contractors, OEMs, Consultants, End-users and provide technical solutions to problems. Accountabilities: • Ensure the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of products or services. • Possess excellent technical knowledge of Applications, suitability and resolution of the issues of the fans. • You will also be managing all commercial aspects of the Service projects/AMC including budgets, scope of supply discussions, drawing and reviews, margin performance and risk etc. • Work closely with Management, Operations, Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance and other functional areas within the organization to ensure that the services meets and exceeds customer requirements. Mgr / Manager Report To: Managing Director & CEO • Interact with the Client and the internal project/sales managers to ensure timely handovers of projects. • Analyze Customer needs and identify best product or services. • Monitor the progress of Projects, participate in inter-departmental meetings to discuss forecasted cost and project margins for those Projects, and be able to explain cost over runs if and when they take place. • Maintain up-to-date project costs and provide periodic & MIS reports on project status and performance to management and the client, working to budgets and delivering to margin. • Regular follow up for payments to customer as per payment terms policy. • Maintain internal systems, controls, and project files as necessary. Assist with logistics functions as necessary. • Introduce process improvements by working with project management, sales, procurement, logistics, etc. • Work closely with Proposals, Engineering and Quality functions for guidance on complex and technical issues. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications/Experiences and Skills & Competencies o Minimum 8 years of experience, having Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a Engineering or related field. o Relevant Services business experience with engineered products, as well as services in Underground Mines, Tunnels, Metro, Marine, Cement, Steel, other heavy industries for Ventilation Fans including Primary, Axial, Jet, Auxiliary, Booster Fans. o A very good knowledge of Ventilation systems and Process design. o Familiarity & understanding of applicable specifications for Fans, motors, VFD’s, Panels & Instruments etc. and familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., Fabrication, Assembly section, etc.). o Knowledge of AutoCad, Project Management methodologies and responsibilities. o Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and customer issue resolution skills. o Team Handling Skills, Flexible attitude towards changing priorities. o Integrity and high moral and ethical standards. o Able to work independently managing time, schedules and customer interface. o Problem Solving by choosing a course of action, developing appropriate solutions/ conclusions. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. o Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential. o Hands on product & application knowledge of the complete Zitron product range. Desirable skills: o Experience living or working in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon/ NCR, will be a plus
