SAP FICO LEAD
Job Description:
🔑 Key Responsibilities

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations as a FICO Lead.

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI & CO).

Manage and guide a team of SAP FICO consultants throughout project phases.

Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and provide expert solutions.

Drive end-to-end implementation, including blueprinting, testing, training & go-live support.

Configure key components such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, and other relevant modules.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.

Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Lead issue resolution, ticket management, and continuous process improvements.

Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and documentation guidelines.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide strategic insights for process optimization.
