Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new distributors/retailers.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Promote the full range of spices, blends, and value-added products.

2. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain excellent relationships with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade outlets, and institutional buyers (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers – HORECA segment).
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Track market trends, pricing, new product launches, and competitor strategies.
• Share weekly market updates with the management team.

4. Sales Operations
• Handle order generation, invoicing follow-up, and coordination with dispatch/logistics.
• Ensure proper product display and branding at retail counters.
• Monitor stock levels with distributors and plan replenishments.

5. Promotional Activities
• Execute trade promotions, sampling activities, and in-store branding.
• Participate in exhibitions, food festivals, and market activations.

6. Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, tour reports, customer visit reports.
• Maintain a detailed database of clients and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications : 
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related field).
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG; experience in spices is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Knowledge of local markets and distribution networks.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong follow-up skills.
