Job Title: Content Executive

Department: Marketing & Communications
Position Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Marketing Manager
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 Years
Required Experience: 5–7 Years
Salary Range: $800 / $900 / $1,000 per month (for 3 years)

About the Role

The Content Executive will be responsible for end-to-end content creation across digital, social media, and in-store marketing platforms. The role includes planning, shooting, and editing videos and photos to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s storytelling and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge of video production, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences and cultural contexts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Production

Shoot and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, and internal communication.

Capture content such as product demonstrations, customer testimonials, CSR activities, event highlights, and brand stories.

Manage and execute photo and video shoots across stores, bakeries, corporate activities, and events.

2. Content Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and in-store screens.

Localize and adapt global brand strategies into relevant storytelling for the Congolese market.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, communication standards, and tonality.

3. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the creative team on billboards, catalogues, CSR initiatives, and visibility projects.

Support internal communications by creating employee-focused content and event coverage.

4. Quality Control

Ensure all output meets high visual and editorial quality standards.

Review, proofread, and edit materials before final release.

Maintain an organized and searchable digital content library (video, photo, audio).

Technical Skills – Content Supervisor
Proficiency in Editing Software

(Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)

Edit raw footage into final videos with seamless transitions.

Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, overlays, and animations.

Apply color correction, color grading, and required visual enhancements.

Export content in platform-specific formats for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and in-store digital screens.

Photography & Videography Skills

Strong hands-on experience with DSLR/professional cameras and shooting equipment.

Expertise in lighting, framing, and composition for visually appealing output.

Ability to create narrative-style visual stories (e.g., bakery item preparation → baker → customer experience).

Ability to create content for multiple categories:

Product-focused visual assets

Event coverage and promotional activities

Social media lifestyle and trend-based short-form content
