Role & Responsibilities
HR Operations
-
Maintain and organize personnel records (both digital and physical).
-
Update internal HR databases including staff information and leave records.
-
Coordinate printing and issuance of ID cards and business cards.
-
Liaise with HR vendors for insurance and recruitment requirements.
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
-
Draft contracts for research team members.
-
Conduct employee induction.
-
Conduct exit interviews for research associates.
Administrative & Office Management
-
Ensure office upkeep and routine maintenance.
-
Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
-
Draft minutes of meetings.
-
Oversee hospitality arrangements for guests and events.
-
Support additional tasks assigned by the Head – HR.
Candidate Attributes
-
MBA (preferably in HR) from a recognized institution.
-
3–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
-
Proficient in MS Office applications.
-
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
-
Positive, proactive attitude with strong work ethics.
-
High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work collaboratively.
-
Excellent time management, coordination, and adaptability.
-
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Spending Authority:

Authorized to make necessary expenditures in case of medical emergencies within the office.
