Job Description – CP Sourcing Lead (ROI & NRI Markets)
Role Overview
The CP Sourcing Lead will drive Channel Partner (CP) network expansion across ROI (Rest of India) and NRI markets, focusing on generating qualified CP-driven demand for plotted development projects in Pune and Mumbai peripherals. This role involves leading a small sourcing team, onboarding high-quality CPs, activating new markets, building strong institutional broker networks, and ensuring consistent funnel creation and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 2–3 sourcing executives to drive daily CP outreach, onboarding, and activation across ROI and NRI markets.
Source and onboard CPs from NCR, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, and other metro/Tier-1 markets.
Build and activate NRI broker networks across Dubai, Singapore, Doha, etc.
Drive CP-led funnel for plotted projects, ensuring consistent site visits and lead generation.
Conduct virtual and physical CP meets, roadshows, and webinars.
Maintain CRM hygiene, ensure accurate MIS, and provide weekly market intelligence.
Coordinate with closures, CRM, marketing, and project teams for end-to-end execution.
Mentor, guide, and monitor team productivity to achieve 100% output.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
150–200 CP onboardings per quarter
Minimum 3 active NRI leads per week
10–12 CP-driven site visits per week
2–3 CP webinars/roadshows per month
100% CRM & MIS compliance
Weekly market intelligence (every Monday)
Candidate Requirements (Must-Haves)
4–7 years of experience in CP sourcing with Category A/B builders or mandate firms.
Proven experience in plotted development projects (preferred).
Strong CP network with:
200+ established CPs in NCR
50+ CPs actively selling in Pune
50+ CPs interested in selling NA plots near Panvel
50+ Dubai-based CPs selling Pune/MMR outskirts plots
Demonstrated ability in team handling (managed 2–5 executives).
Strong negotiation, relationship building, and market mapping skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
Hindi & English mandatory (Gujarati is an added advantage).
Should be open to inter-city and quarterly travel.
Must be based in Pune or NCR.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹1,25,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (fixed)
Incentives: Performance-based (linked to CP-driven bookings)
Travel Reimbursement:
Local: Actuals or ₹3/km (bike), ₹7/km (car)
Flights & Hotels: As per company policy
Working Days: 6 days/week (weekends mandatory), Tuesday off
Reporting To: Sales Head / Director
