Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Understand client requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.

Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert them into successful deals.

Maintain and expand the company’s customer base.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target oriented.

Good presentation and client-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
