HR Business Partner (On Contract – Onsite Deployment)

About the Role
We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be deployed onsite with one of our clients in the architecture, engineering, and design consulting industry. The HRBP will work as an extended arm of M2S, managing the entire HR function for the client across India, the Philippines, and the UAE.
This role requires strong operational excellence, employee-first mindset, and the ability to independently manage multi-country HR processes.
Key Responsiblities :
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and employee records.

Handle resignations, exit formalities, interviews, and relieving documentation.
HRMS Implementation & Management

Evaluate and implement HRMS; coordinate vendor demos and data migration.

Ensure smooth daily HRMS operations and train employees/managers.
Payroll & Compliance (India, Philippines & UAE)

Collect and validate payroll inputs; ensure accurate, timely monthly payroll.

Coordinate tax/statutory filings with consultants and maintain compliance records.

Manage joiner/exiter payroll, statutory registrations, and employee payroll queries.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the first point of contact for all employees.

Address grievances within SLA; escalate critical issues with recommendations.

Drive monthly engagement activities and regular employee check-ins.
Performance Management & Compensation

Set KPIs/KRAs, manage PMS cycles, and facilitate appraisals.

Implement feedback mechanisms and maintain performance documentation.

Support annual salary benchmarking and compensation structuring.
Recruitment Support

Create JDs, coordinate with recruitment partners, shortlist candidates, and support interviews.

Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
L&D & Organisation Development

Conduct skill-gap assessment and recommend training programs/LMS.

Support org structure improvements, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives.
Reporting & Governance

Prepare monthly HR dashboards, MIS, and exit/engagement analysis.

Ensure adherence to HR SLAs, policies, and documentation standards.
What We're Looking For

At least 2+ years in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.

Experience with multi-country HR operations (India mandatory; PH/UAE preferred).

Strong exposure to payroll coordination, HRMS, compliance, and performance management.

Ability to work independently and manage onsite client relationships.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and employee counselling skills.

Prior experience in architecture, engineering, design consulting, construction, or project-based industries is a plus.
