KA Sales Specialist
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Revenue Growth

Manage and grow sales with assigned key accounts to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and pipeline management.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for products, solutions, and value-added services.
B. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with decision-makers: procurement, production, engineering, quality, and senior management.

Conduct regular account reviews, performance updates, and business development meetings.

Act as a primary point of contact for escalations, negotiation, and commercial discussions.
C. Manufacturing & Technical Coordination
-
Understand manufacturing processes, product specifications, and technical requirements of customers.

Collaborate with internal teams—production, engineering, quality, logistics—to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Participate in plant visits, demos, trials, and sample evaluations.
D. Market & Competitor Intelligence

Track industry trends, competitor activities, pricing changes, and customer procurement shifts.

Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making and product development.

Support in developing product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
E. Contract Management & Documentation
-
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements with strong attention to detail.

Ensure compliance with customer contracts, SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reports, and account dashboards.
