Job Description:
Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive/Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s wastewater treatment solutions, build brand awareness, and generate qualified leads in target markets.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target industries (e.g., textiles, chemicals, food processing, municipalities) and key customer segments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
✅ Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
- Create marketing materials — brochures, case studies, videos, presentations.
✅ Branding & Communication
- Enhance brand positioning in the wastewater treatment sector.
- Develop content for website, blogs, newsletters, and PR activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners.
✅ Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support (e.g., proposal templates, client presentations).
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of marketing experience (preferably in industrial, environmental, or water sector).
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies is a plus.
- Strong skills in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM, analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
