Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Primary Role Description:

  1. Preparation of Financials
  2. Preparation of MIS & books closure
  3. Preparation of IRDAI & SEBI Reporting
  4. Provision of Expenses
  5. Coordinate with Auditors & other stakeholders to close the Audit

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross functional team to collect information & ensure timely closure of reporting.
  2. Ensure adherence to Accounting policies & regulatory requirement.
  3. Investigate & resolve mismatches, deviation & transaction issues while preparing IRDAI & SEBI Reporting.
  4. Liaise with auditors & other stakeholders to close the Audit

Education & Certificates:-

  1. CA-Inter & B. Com
  2. MBA, BBA

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills:

  1. 3-4 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
  2. Experience of working in CA firm will be an advantage
  3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
  4. Working knowledge of Oracle Accounting System or ERP
  5. Good communication skills
