To strengthen our next phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee who can support strategic initiatives, drive new opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s long-term vision.

Role Overview

The Management Trainee will work closely with the senior management team to identify, evaluate, and execute new projects while supporting overall business development. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the enthusiasm to grow rapidly within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, planning, and execution of new projects in the fisheries and allied sectors.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis for new initiatives.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Engage with external stakeholders — vendors, government bodies, consultants, and industry partners.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and project reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely implementation of projects.
• Represent the company in industry events, trade meetings, and field visits.
• Support senior management in strategy development and operational planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data analysis, and reporting of business development activities.
• Take ownership of tasks and follow through with a proactive and accountable approach.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years in business development, project management, operations, or related fields.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline; However candidates with a degree in Fisheries/Aquaculture/Marine Sciences will be preferred.
