Job Overview:
Glassential is seeking a proactive and professional CRM Executive to manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless onboarding for platform partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, field experience, and the ability to represent the company in a formal and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to onboard new vendors.
- Carry out vendor KYC verification and documentation.
- Manage product listing processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide app training and support to vendors for smooth platform usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to enhance retention.
- Communicate updates, resolve queries, and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Maintain records and prepare regular reports on vendor activities and onboarding progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Good understanding of customer relationship management.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and provide training.
- Professional behavior with formal attire mandatory.
- Must have a completed bachelor's degree (no ongoing or dropped courses).
- 6 months of field work experience preferred.
