Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle recruitment for manufacturing, QA, QC, production, engineering, warehouse, and admin departments.

  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct HR rounds, and manage offer letters.

  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Complete joining formalities, new employee documentation, ID cards, and induction program.

  • Ensure training on GMP, safety, and HR policies.

3. Training & Development

  • Maintain training records as per pharma regulatory compliance.

  • Assist in organizing GMP training, compliance training, and skill-upgradation programs.

4. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and personal files.

  • Support payroll-related activities (attendance, leaves, overtime data).

  • Manage shift rosters, workforce planning, and employee database.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Resolve employee queries, grievances, and coordinate welfare activities.

  • Support employee engagement programs, rewards, and recognition.

6. Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws).

  • Support HR documentation during regulatory and internal audits.

7. Performance Management

  • Assist in appraisal process, goal setting, and evaluation data preparation.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • BBA / MBA (HR) or relevant degree

  • 1–5 years experience in HR (preferably pharma)

  • Knowledge of GMP environment, training systems, compliance, and manufacturing HR functions

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to handle plant-level HR operations
