Designation: Branch Manager Website : https://technoelevators.com/ Location: 204/Green Atria,B/h Green Elina Opp.Sankul Wdi,Anand Mahal RD.Surat-395009 • Responsible for marketing of the products in the local domestic market. • Responsible for routine follow–up with prospective customers and replying to customers for all contract review activities. • Responsible for all the contract review matters and maintaining records for the same. • To ensure that customer order is reviewed and clarified for the matter like. • Customer requirements are clearly defined and documented, • Any deviation from the contract / Order is resolved. • The company can meet all the contractual requirements. • Statutory and regulatory requirements related to the products • To review amendment to the contract / Order and transfer it to customer as well as Factory. • To ensure that any differences between the order requirements and those in the order are resolved and records are maintained for the same. • To provide feedback to the Factory regarding Order matters in terms of Dispatch Advice. • To collect the requirements for the products from the potential customer and penetrate the market. • To provide / collect all supportive legal documents for the product to / from customers. • To ensure compliance with all legal requirements at marketing stages. • To ensure that all the requirements of the customers are satisfied, and orders are closed accordingly. • To collect the feedback from the customers periodically and to do analysis for customer satisfaction. • To receive the customer complaint and to proceed to the Factory for the further analysis • To ensure that all the requirements of the customers are satisfied, and orders are closed accordingly. • To collect the feedback from the customers periodically and to do analysis for customer satisfaction. • To receive the customer complaint and to proceed to the Factory for the further analysis
