Job Description:
Position: Asst./Dy. Manager - ETP
Location: Jhagadia - Ankleshwar
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Operate and Monitor MEE/ETP and STP systems for treating high TDS/COD effluents from chemical Process.
- Maintain process parameters to ensure effective wastewater treatment and achieve ZLD compliance
- To handle sludge management and chemical dosing effectively
- Responsible for monitor RO recovery, reject handling, membrane cleaning and upkeep of filtration systems
- Responsible for Operate and Maintain the RO plant for treated water recycling
- Responsible for Analyse RO parameter and reject quality to ensure operational efficiency
- Responsible for inspect and maintain storm water drainage systems, rainwater harvesting pits and discharge outlets
- To ensure that storm water is free from contamination and meets compliance limits before discharge
- Responsible for maintain storm water sampling and inspection records, especially during the monsoon season
- Responsible for compliance with environment norms (GPCB/CPCB)
- Responsible for maintain daily logs, chemical consumption reports, online monitoring data and statutory registers
- To handle environmental audits and pollution control board inspections
- Responsible for perform preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, valves ,blowers, RO membrane, MEE calandrias and other related systems
- Responsible for Follow all safety guidelines for handling chemicals, sludge and hazardous waste
- Responsible for Train operators and helpers on SOPs and safety practices
- Responsible for Recommend and implement operational improvements for cost, energy water savings
- To assign any other responsibility as and when required
Required Skills :-
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in leading EHS field.
- Exceptionally strong technical knowledge in the field of environment and sustainability.
- Advance MS Excel, or good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communications skills. A high degree of aptitude, creativity is required.
- Should have demonstrated skills in EHS management .
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/Environment
Salary :- Upto 9.00 LPA
