Front Desk Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a well-organized, presentable, and professional Front Office to manage daily administrative operations, handle front-desk responsibilities, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calls, attending visitors, and supporting overall office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Call Management
Receive incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned person/department.
Handle internal and external calls efficiently and maintain call logs.
Manage front office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Arrange appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Greet, attend, and assist visitors and guests courteously.
Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing calls.
Administrative Support
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Qualification & Skills Required
Educational & Technical Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Other Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Polite, well-groomed, and aware of corporate etiquette.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
