Job Description:
Purpose
- Convert seminar-qualified parents through value-led counselling—matching the child to the right DJP level/language batch—without hard sell.
Core Responsibilities
- Counselling, not pitching: Run 1:1 or group consultations; diagnose learner needs, clarify DJP method, rules, and parent pledge.
- Fit and placement: Verify eligibility, level/language/age fit; propose batch options and timelines.
- Admissions SOP: Share fee plan, policies, and codes of conduct; complete forms, KYC, and consent.
- Objection handling: Address concerns (time, discipline, tech) with facts, examples, and outcomes.
- CRM hygiene: Log every touchpoint; maintain accurate stage, probability, and next action.
- Feedback loop: Share common parent FAQs to refine seminar scripts and landing pages.

- Seminar-qualified → counselling show rate.
- Counselling → admission conversion % (fit-qualified leads).
- Admission TAT (counselling to fee completion).
- Early 30-day retention (low drop-off).
- CRM accuracy and on-time updates
