Job Description:
  • JD –
  1. Vendor management, vendor evaluation etc.
  2. End to end coordination with landlords, suppliers etc.
  3. Responsible for branch repair & maintenance.  
  4. General office administration, record keeping.
  5. Invoice validation and processing.
  6. Facilities management, housekeeping, security services etc.
  7. Stok taking and maintaining data.   
  8. Monitoring day to day branch activities.
  9. Regularly visit nearby branches and ensure smooth branch functions in terms of Administration point of view.
  10. Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.
  • Working days (5 or 6) – 6 days (1st & 2nd Saturday will be off)
  • Shift timings – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Payroll - Talisman HR
