Admin Executive
Job Description:
- JD –
- Vendor management, vendor evaluation etc.
- End to end coordination with landlords, suppliers etc.
- Responsible for branch repair & maintenance.
- General office administration, record keeping.
- Invoice validation and processing.
- Facilities management, housekeeping, security services etc.
- Stok taking and maintaining data.
- Monitoring day to day branch activities.
- Regularly visit nearby branches and ensure smooth branch functions in terms of Administration point of view.
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.
- Working days (5 or 6) – 6 days (1st & 2nd Saturday will be off)
- Shift timings – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Payroll - Talisman HR
