Job Description:
Core responsibilities
    • Supplier management: 
      Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. 
       
  • Negotiation and contracting: 
    Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company. 
     
  • Procurement: 
    Manage the entire purchasing process, from creating and tracking purchase orders to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment. 
     
  • Collaboration: 
    Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to understand material requirements and project specifications. 
     
  • Performance monitoring: 
    Track and evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet quality standards and delivery schedules. 
     
  • Cost analysis: 
    Conduct cost analysis and seek opportunities for cost reduction and savings. 
     
  • Compliance and quality assurance: 
    Ensure all procurement activities and purchased materials comply with company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations. 
     
  • Risk management: 
    Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by monitoring market trends and supplier capabilities. 
     
  • Record keeping: 
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and supplier information.
