Job Description:

Front Desk Executive:
 Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
 Schedule meetings and manage appointments.
 Manage office documents, filing, and records.
 Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
 Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
 Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Associate HR:
 Support recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling)
 Assist with employee onboarding and document collection.
 Prepare basic HR letters and forms.
 Assist HR Manager with day-to-day tasks and office coordination
 Manage internal communication and announcements.
  Gender: Female Only
 Industry Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
 Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel), Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, Previous experience in reception or admin or HR work is a plus.
 Education: Graduate in any field 
 Soft Skill Required: Accurate & Particular
 Language: Gujarati (Mandatory), Hindi, English
